Our private rooftop is amazing in the evening to enjoy the sunset and our BBQ grill with family and friends.

Newly furnished 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom penthouse with water view. Master bedroom has king bed and full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has 4 twin bed. Portable crib. Hallway bathroom has a bathtub. Access the gigantic wrap around balcony from the master bedroom, dining room & living room. Balcony have great views of the canal and ocean. Fully equipped kitchen comes with all you will need to prepare meals or mix up your favorite cocktail. Furnished private rooftop with 1/2 bathroom.

Second time stay, wonderful once again. Location is great, easy walk to town, grocery across street. Beach access behind condo quick walk takes you to pretty private spot. Rooftop at sunset is lovely!

Very clean, private, quiet and easy access to a nearly deserted beach and to town. The king bed was very comfortable. Delores the host was very communicative. Would stay here again.

If you're looking for a quiet retreat in a fantastic location, this is it!! The penthouse is clean and spacious. The beach and pool are beautiful and clean. The walk to the beach along the canal is not too far or difficult. It is a bit narrow, so anyone with mobility issues might have a hard time. But, if you have a car, you can drive down a couple of streets and park with very easy access to the beach. Downtown Rincon is fun, not too crowded, and just a short walk away. There is a shopping center right across the street! I was concerned about the canal being buggy or smelly...not at all! It's so lovely sitting outside and looking for iguanas in the trees and enjoying the spectacular view. I must note that the upstairs private patio is not accessible from inside the apartment. You have to go outside and upstairs. It's nice and spacious up there, too! There are chaises, lawn games, a grill, a canopy tent you can put up for shade (inside the deck box) and a bathroom. Inside the apartment you will find: beach towels and chairs, beach toys, board games, everything you need in the kitchen, shampoo (no conditioner), a blow dryer and body wash. Delores and her husband are wonderful to work with, and take pride in their rental. Just remember you are in an apartment on an island in the Caribbean, not at a five-star resort in San Diego (everything happens a lot slower down here) and you will have a fabulous time!

UNDERWHELMING

First day ants all over counters, floors. Host did send someone next day with ant spray and traps, which we used. Had to wash dishes b4 using. Cleaning person did minimal job. Needs a thorough cleaning. Mold on wall next to shower in master. Pool area so-so, pool dirty. Rooftop patio needs work. Trail to beach a bit tricky. Beach itself not that great.Access to town was easy. Ended up leaving two days early for an “extended stay” hotel (which was less per night).

Relaxed comfort

Lovely place. 4 minute walk to very pleasant beach. Ten minute walk to the plaza and central Rincon. Grocery store right across the street. The apartment has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is refreshing. Spectacular sunsets Just great.

A great place to stay in Rincon

We really enjoyed our time here. The place had adequate space for our group of 7. The location and amenities are fantastic! We loved being within easy walking distance of the beach and went there every day. The pool was also loved by the kids. We appreciated a grocery store, bakery, restaurants and a fresh fruit stand being so close. The AC worked great in each room. We loved the quiet and laid back feeling of Rincon compared to other places we visited nearer San Juan. We'd gladly stay here again.

Do Better

My sister and her husband rented this space about five years ago so I had seen it before. Then, it was very nice. But it has suffered from a lot of wear and tear. The apartment itself is roomy with plenty of closet space. The rooftop deck provides a great view. Overall, it needs a deep clean and re-supply of dishes, etc. The dryer left grease marks on our clothing. And it is very noisy from street traffic that goes all night. When I think about how much we spent on the rental, I am still shocked. We did not get our money’s worth.

Rincon Relaxation

Spent two weeks with my wife and my brother and his wife. The place was excellent, relaxing and very easy to get used to. We had a fabulous time enjoying both the indoor and outdoor space. Will definitely recommend this listing to others. Convenient grocery and fabulous bakery across the street.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely apartment, comfortable and spacious, well-maintained and equipped with everything you need to unpack and begin your vacation. Beautiful rooftop views, and only a short walk to an almost private beach. Don't miss a stop at Calypso for drinks/food or the roasted chicken stand on rte. 115 toward Aguadilla, what chicken is meant to taste like! Thanks Dolores for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

A wonderful stay in Rincon

We had a delightful time while staying in rincon. Not only was the condo well located, directly across the street from a delicious bakery and grocery store, it was within walking distance of the village center for rincon. The building itself was well maintained and the other occupants were very friendly. It is a family-oriented building, so even though we were there during the height of spring break, there were no disturbances during our stay. The condo itself was nicely decorated and included everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was very clean, and the views from the living room or spectacular. Although we spent most of our time outdoors, the sunsets are beautifully framed in the picture window in the living room. I can't think of any other items that could have been provided for us, not only were there multiple Beach chairs, there were lots of beach towels. There were even umbrellas, which were delightful given how sunny Rincon was while we stayed there. My only criticism is the queen size bed in one of the guest rooms was exceptionally high, without exaggeration it was level with my hip. This made getting in and out of bed a little bit of a challenge. I wish there was a little step stool tucked under the bed, I definitely could have used it. The pool in sea beach village was pristine, and although we spent most of our time swimming in the ocean, having the pool was definitely a plus. The pool house includes bathroom facilities as well as showers.

Rincon is amazing

My gf and her 15 year old joined me for 3 wonderful nights at Dolores' condo. Everything was excellent. Communication was quick, the home was beautiful, the location was perfect. Grocery store and fantastic coffee/bakery right across the road. Short walk to the beach or short drives to other excellent beaches. We would absolutely stay here again

Disappointed and Not to Expectations

We would never stay here again! Upon arrival after a long day of travel, we found many issues with the property. Cleanliness: - The bedsheets on the bunkbeds and master bedroom had hair and sand all over them. It looks as if they weren't washed or changed. - The floor was sticky and there was food on the floor and under the sofa. - All the beach towels were damp and had to be re-washed and dried properly. Main Bathroom: - Bathroom sink was clogged and had very slow drainage. The sink was always dirty full of what was left behind when you brushed your teeth, washed your hands or face, etc - The hot water pressure was low to non existent. We had to shower in cold water. Kitchen: - Kitchen sink was dirty, faucet was damaged and would spray water everywhere. - There were no extra garbage bags. Once the existing one was full, we had to buy garbage bags. Pool: - Pool area was nicely kept and clean but there were no lounging chairs. When checking out, we walked the cleaning lady through to point out all the issues. Needless to say, we thought we were going to be staying at a nice place and turns out we didn’t and had to arrive and clean for ourselves. Management refunded us only the cleaning fee and wasn’t very apt to offer us a discount for the inconvenience. We left the place way better than we found it. Wouldn’t recommend this place to stay for anyone.

Perfect!

We were so pleasantly surprised by how perfect this home was! So homey, spacious, all your needs are thought of. Great location, GORGEOUS beach (never any more than 5 people on the beach while we were there, so private!) a couple minute walk, almost immediate replies from homeowner. Neighbors are super friendly. Pool was almost always empty. Basic and extra items are available (seasonings, oil spray, etc) which was nice. Laundry soap and dryer sheets. Only negatives was the sink faucets in kitchen and guest bathroom are very calcified and spray everywhere.

Beautiful Property in Rincon!

Our group of 5 stayed comfortably in this beautiful property in Rincon. We loved the location along a peaceful canal where we watched iguanas and birds in the trees. The complex is gated with easy parking and felt very safe. We had access to a pool and private rooftop terrace. It's right across the street from a large grocery store, bakery, and many restaurants are within a few minutes walk or short drive. We walked into town square (about 10 min) for the Thursday night Art Walk which was super fun and got coffee every morning at La Cafetera food truck. The beach is a short walk along the canal - it is not crowded, very clean, and water is safe for swimming. The apartment is really lovely with comfortable furniture and beds, well-equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, and decor. We had great communication from the host. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful and convenient location

The penthouse ocean view is spectacular, and enjoyed watching sunsets from the private top deck!!! Beach and pool were amazing - never crowded when we were there!! Bakery across the street was an excellent breakfast choice!! We walked to grocery, restaurants and the plaza - this location is excellent in Rincon! Owner took care of minor issues and responded immediately. We would definitely rent again!

Rincon Right On!

Large space for couple or large family. Location xcross from great market and a short stroll to beach is perfect. For dinner don’t stress about parking downtown and make the quick stroll. Watched World Cup games on monster big screen that was easy to use. Pool cleaned every day and the property is spotless. Very solid choice for a great chill vacation.
