Featured on HGTV prior to our purchase and renovation. Gorgeous 3 bedroom 2.5 bath penthouse condo with 1200 sq. foot private terrace steps from Sandy Beach and with breathtaking views of the Caribbean from both stories. This condo is located in the heart of Puntas in Rincon and is walking distance to bars and restaurants like Tamboo, Big Kahuna Burger Bar, Casa Islena, and Jakes Java. Perfect for couples, families, beach combers, surfers, scuba divers, snorkelers, or beach bums that just want sunbath on the beaches of Rincon. The huge private terrace is perfect for sunset drinks, grilling, dancing, eating supper, sunbathing, or just lounging. It is partially covered with a dining table, wet bar, gas grill, and a powder room. Comfortable patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a bar top teak table overlooking the view of the sea. Stargaze to the sounds of the lapping waves and the coqui frogs. The unit also has a private covered front porch with views of the ocean, perfect for coffee in the morning or watching the kids play in the pool below. There are three bedrooms, including an ensuite with king bed and views of the ocean, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a full bed and twin bunks. Each bedroom has a smart HDTV. Highspeed WIFI Internet is provided throughout the unit. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances (new range and fridge since photos were taken), ample crockery and utensils, and a full sized refrigerator with freezer. The living room sports a 50 inch Smart HDTV with cable. Stylish and comfortable couches and a dining table for 4 top off this beautifully appointed unit. The home has A/C throughout and a standby generator for uninterrupted power. Perfect for romantic getaways, family gatherings, or vacations with the kids. Reserved 2 vehicle parking is provided.

Everything was perfect! The home was very clean, there was ample beach equipment and towels, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Our favorite spot was the rooftop terrace, were we spent each morning with our coffee and each night playing cards. Great location to walk to beaches and food, and a short drive to other beaches and restaurants.Communication from Ines (property manager) was perfect. We would definitely return!

Amazing!

This condo was amazing and was a perfect place for us! Just steps from a couple of great bars/restaurants, and also from Sandy beach, it was easy to navigate to all of our favorite places all week. The rooftop terrace was an amazing plus to the place. Spent my mornings up there reading in the sun while having my coffee! We grilled a couple nights up there as well and the views are beautiful! The condo offers plenty of space for a group of 6, or even 8, and they have everything you may need for a day at the beach...sand toys, beach hats, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. Ines, the property manager, was very nice and made everything so simple and easy for us. I look forward to booking again at this property.

I stayed at this property for almost an entire month last February. Highlights: in the happening neighborhood of Puntas, with bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. There is a bar about 80-100 yards away that plays very loud live or DJ music, but hey, it’s vacation. Closing windows with AC on blocks the noise pretty well.Overall the apartment is very comfortable, with 3 nice BR, modern and comfortable mattresses, sheets. Hot water heater was iffy but the property manager actually had it replaced while I was there, and the new one worked perfecly! Kitchen is very well-stocked with cooking implements: be aware there is no dishwasher, but this is more the norm than the exception in PR it seems.The obvious highlight of the unit is the giant upper floor patio, and I thought I’d be living out there. But I used it less than I’d hoped because during the day, it just bakes up there. A large blue umbrella is unfortunately chained closed, because I heard the owners found the wind could gust and pull it off the roof, so there’s less shade than I hoped for. The dining table is under a roof, so that part is slightly cooler. But overall we used the patio on a few nights.Awesome communication with the property manager! She was super helpful with anything that came up.

Great Spring Break!

Very comfortable and well furnished condo. Roof top terrace is great for tanning, card games, morning yoga, etc. Condo is a 2-3 minute walk to Jack's Tacos, Jake's Java (and, more important, acai bowls) and Tambu. Love this place!

Great place and perfect location

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and had a great time! The condo is clean, the kitchen is well equipped and we loved the roof top terrace. We would play cards at night and have coffee in the mornings on terrace. We loved being able to walk to Pools and Sandy beach. Jacks for breakfast and Kahunas for dinner. We will definitely be back! The property manager was great with communication.

Perfect stay in paradise

I can not say enough about this place. The location is perfection! The host is thoughtful and so helpful! The roof top deck is the cherry on top of a great stay in Sandy Beach. We will definitely be back!

Home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was very well cleaned, very well equipped with kitchen and beach items and then some more. The roof top was our absolute favorite. The communication with Ines was great. There were 8 of us staying and it was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Awesome

We traveled with my wife, kid (8) and grandparents (73+80). Rincon is a lovely city and this property allows you to walk to where you want to be. We loved the beach supplies provided and we walked to Sandy Beach almost every night and then went to dinner at Casa Islena. The area is very lively on the weekends and some nights there were large groups of families having gatherings that were loud but it was a joy to hear but if you're a scrooge about that kind of thing then the area might not be for you. The internet was mostly reliable as I was working remote for part of the days. When it wasn't, the property manager was very responsive and helpful with communication. The VRBO had everything we needed to make breakfast daily. One thing that we didn't know in this area was how bad the water tastes so stock up before you get there.

Great Stay

We had a great time at our stay here! Excellent communication with Property Manager Ines. Instructions were clear and precise. Property was just as described. The private upstairs deck was our favorite place for dinner and drinks. Easy and close access to the beach. Great bars/restaurants walkable. It had all of the amenities we needed. Very nice beach chairs and towels were a bonus. It was a short drive to town. We would definitely stay here again! Michele

Beautiful place

This property is beautiful. We loved the roof top patio and spent most all our time there when we were not on the beach. Sandy beach that is only a few minutes walk is beautiful. Inez was fabulous and her communication was superb! Rincon is a cute town. It is a bit of a drive to get out of Rincón to see other areas. We had a wonderful time and would go back again without hesitation.

When the music from the Big Kahuna rocks, be prepared to get rolled. Bring your ear plugs, particularly on the weekends. avoid the front bedroom. Rincon is beautiful People here are great.

Paradise in Sandy Beach

We have been to Rincon/Sandy beach several times and this was the best overall experience (3 weeks). Ines is a super property manager and was extremely attentive and responsive. The penthouse unit is wonderful. Rooftop deck with outdoor tables and lounges was super. We enjoyed cocktails and every meal at home on that deck. The view is amazing. The location is great for going to the local bars and restaurants, located directly across the street from The Big Kahuna. Excellent parking facilities. We will be back!

Second stay in Paradise

2nd stay just as wonderful as the first. Felt like returning “home” just as we left it last year. Great stay

Stayed for 10 days with our family of 6...kids aged 10-15. Highly recommend - easy walk to the sandiest beach in Rincon, amazing roof deck, owner was fantastic to work with. Will 100% book again.
