Welcome to Laura Lane, a newly listed 3-bedroom 2-bathroom Santa Fe Style Home located in an unpaved, rural neighborhood between Montezuma Well and Montezuma Castle in Rimrock, AZ, only 30 minutes from Sedona.

This beautiful Rimrock vacation rental has all you need to make yourself at home! The interiors are clean and contemporary with warm southwestern touches throughout. The living area is open plan with comfy leather sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a display-only Kiva fireplace. Plenty of space to gather with friends and family. Preparing home-cooked meals is easy in the fully-equipped and modern kitchen with an adjoining 6-seater dining table. Or head outside to a private back patio to enjoy a BBQ and dine alfresco under Arizona’s starlit skies, you’re in one of the best locations in the US to view the milky way too!

Laura Lane comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. There is an additional queen bedroom and a twin room sharing the second bathroom. An ideal layout for couples and families visiting Rimrock, AZ.

Pets are allowed with a nonrefundable $200 pet fee per pet (up to 2) - Must disclose the pet(s) upfront at the time of inquiring/booking - If any unauthorized pet(s) is found in the property, a $1,000.00 penalty will be assessed to the Guest(s) per pet.

Outdoor activities abound with easy access to the Wet Beaver Wilderness Area and the Red Rock District of the Coconino National Forest. Beautiful Adobe

Beautiful home. My daughter and I stayed in this comfortable home while we hiked in and around Sedona. The home was extremely clean and well appointed with cooking implements. The beds had nice linens on them and were very comfortable. We liked staying outside of Sedona where there was peace and quiet. It was easy to get into the home when checking in as well as leaving upon check out day. We had a fantastic stay.

Exploring Arizona

Very nice, clean house with plenty of room. The heated tile floors in the bathrooms felt wonderful on bare feet! This property is close to so many places & so much to do & see. We will definitely stay again when in Arizona.

This property is beautifully maintained and has the amenities you need for a vacation. The only setback is that the neighborhood roads are unpaved dirt roads with various pot holes large and small. There were areas where the road was flooded and you could not get through.

We knew we selected a nice house but upon arrival the house exceeded our expectations. Heated bathroom floors! Having come from camping in 12 degree lows at grand canyon the night before we were feeling pampered in this house 😆

Great place.

Great property and a great house. I was slightly concerned by the “turn off onto the h paved road” but that’s just Arizona. The house is great. It was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and it has a great backyard. Checking in was a breeze and there were a lot of amenities not even mentioned, like heated bathroom floors. This property is well run. I would definitely recommend it for anyone staying in this area over staying on a hotel.

A great relaxing stay

We enjoyed the Rimrock Retreat. The house is relaxing, there was plenty of room for my family, and we really liked the location. We had a lot of nature around us--and it was our first time checking out Montezuma's Castle, something I probably wouldn't have even thought of doing if we hadn't stayed so close to its location. The drive to Sedona and the surrounding hiking trails wasn't bad, and it was nice to have some downtime by watching various shows on the Hulu apps. (We had a few days with stormy weather) I highly recommend staying at the Rimrock house!

Great Property Close to Sedona, AZ

This is a great property off the beaten path. The house was super clean and very well updated. Lots of extra amenities were included. The house was located close to Sedona in a small rural community. The only issue was the unpaved road to get to the property. Loved the house!

Great place Far From Sedona

This house was absolutely beautiful! The house was decorated very modern and it had so many amenities for the kitchen and bathroom. It had a great patio space to drink your morning coffee. I will say if you are planning your trip to go hiking and and go out an about in Sedona, this place is not it. The popular hikes of Sedona such as cathedral rock and devils bridge were a 45 minute drive and there was not much around the neighborhood to eat or shop for groceries. Most places were about a 30-40 minute drive away. For a short trip this place might not be ideal, but for a longer trip it could work. Other than the distance the house was really great, clean, and homey.

Five star Accomodations!!!

This house is in the perfect central location if you want to be able to go to wineries in Cottonwood, North to Sedona or day trip to Flagstaff. The best part of our stay was the extra thought the owners put it to comfort in this house. Heated bathroom floors, the thickest, softest towells I have ever used, comfortable beds with great linens. Everthing was very clean, and decorated well. Top of the line and we all apreciated it!

House very nice. Neighborhood not as nice as hoped. tNeighbor behind property left their dogs out all day. They barked loudly every time my dogs needed to go out. Air conditioning under strict regulation. Gravel street and Drive into the home very Rough.
