I made the reservation due to location near the airport. Bad idea. Light coming through cracks around the door. People and dogs were noisy. Even had to kill a roach in the bathtub....so didn't use the tub.

This facility looks nothing like the photographs. It is clearly being used for housing for the unhoused as there is a sign in the lobby directing residents to the weekly soup kitchen that takes place at the park lot. There were a dozen people wandering the parking lot and balconies with open alcohol in hand. It sits in a row of about 6 to 7 very old motels, some of which are now abandoned. I had booked a single king non-smoking room indicating.I was traveling with a small dog. Upon arrival I was advised that all of the pet friendly rooms are the smoking rooms. Not Advertised anywhere in their booking process. I left before even seeing the room assured by the front desk that I would not be charged as I could not use a smoking room as an asmatic. One of the worst motel six locations I have ever seen in the united states.

This location is ok for a short, weekend stay. The room was decent, but it could have been cleaned better and the furniture needs to be upgraded.

Cigarette burns in blankets. Roaches and mold everywhere. Staff were incredibly rude and threatened me and my colleague at one point for us complaining to Expedia. Would never recommend this place to anyone, it should be condemned.

We stayed here because of the proximity to the airport. The staff were very nice and friendly. The walls are quite thin so it was a bit loud through most of the night.

Left brand new timberland boots in room the housekeeper didn’t report the findings and took them home so now $200 in boots gone all because a housekeeper not being honest and do her job correctly and turn in anything left behind…..

Checked in after landing at the Richmond airport, immediately requested a refund. The "non smoking room" bedding reaked like cigarette smoke.

When walking into the room, we were met by a clean smelling room. The only negative is there was no hair dryer in the room. Other than that this motel gets a thumbs up!

Although check-in went okay, the four men hanging around inside the lobby (who seemed live there?), were a little unsettling. The noise of people yelling and slamming car doors outside the room late at night was distracting, and the constant police presence in the parking lot made me wonder if I chose the wrong location to stay. I doubt I would stay here again.
