«Assuring that housekeeping is cleaning the room accordingly and refilling dispensers & restocking toiletries.The breakfast area was dirty and there were fly’s everywhere disgusting. We leave and came back in the afternoon our room wasn’t even cleaned it looked at. We were downsized from a double queen to one bed due to housekeeping had left for the day unacceptable.Then the room that were downsize to didn’t have hot water. We were very unsatisfied with the Hyatt at the location.

«I highly dislike giving poor reviews because who likes a complainer? and I really try to make the most out of my stays. The pool was the best part of my stay although the scent of Clorox or whatever the cleaning solution is was so strong it stung your eyes upon entering. My room upon entering was very warm. I checked the thermostat it was in 75 along with saying the filter needed to be changed, waited an hour or more it was getting hotter so put it down like to 60 still no use, I called front ...

«Easy in and out to park close to the door we needed. Signage easy to spot from the roadway. Handy Starbucks in the lobby as well as a shop with need it right now items Fantastic plaza across the street with middle eastern restaurants. Very easy access to main roads. This will be our go-to lodging for future trips to Richardson and Garland.»

«I do not believe this hotel is of good quality. It misleads customers into booking their accommodations. They require a deposit even after the hotel fee has been paid, and we must provide credit card information. The room was not clean, the bathtub is too small, and the shower curtain falls into the tub, leaving us with insufficient space to stand and shower.
