«The room was 80 degrees when we walked in after checkout. It did not cool below 75 until 9pm. The bathtub did not drain during showers. When calling down to notify your staff, your worker had severe negative tone and seemed very distracted rather than handling the problem.
We were startled awake by a fire alarm. When exiting the room we were notified by other patrons that it was a false alarm. ONLY AFTER CALLING DOWN were we notified that no evacuation was needed.

«The overall sray was plesent, the staff nice and everything went soomth but I had booked two weeks in advance requesting a few accommodations for the special occasion and they said the would do their best and the room we had wasnt kn the top floor and it was just facing the highway. And there were other reviwes where the staff offered special thinngs in the room for the occasion but that was only offer online not recommended when I called ot when we checked in.
