Villa with Private Pool

Sutherlea is an incredible villa located near Koskinou, and offers a large private swimming pool as well as spacious rooms. The nearest beaches are less than a 10-minute drive away. Its unique style and beautiful surroundings, combined with its amazing location, offer a great opportunity for a truly memorable holiday. It will accommodate 13 guests comfortably.
This incredible villa has 6 bedrooms. Three of
these bedrooms have double beds. Two of the double bedrooms have an suite
bathrooms/shower room, and kitchenettes. Also, guests will find a bedroom with
2 single beds, a bedroom with three single beds, and a bedroom with bunk beds.
All of these beautiful bedrooms offer a balcony and are fully airconditioned.
There are 4 further bathrooms, each with a bathtub. There is a small lounge
area with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Outdoors is as incredible
as indoors. Theres a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, suitable for any meal
preparation as well as a seating area for up to 20 guests where you can enjoy
your meal on the spacious patio. Theres a fantastic private swimming pool and
exotic tropical gardens. A brick BBQ and a traditional Greek oven invite you to
cook al fresco and enjoy some precious time with your loved ones as the
summer sun sinks towards sunset.
Koskinou is a great base that offers you the opportunity to explore the beautiful island of Rhodes, with so many beaches, lively beach bars and restaurants, as well as more remote and peaceful areas. The nearest beaches are less than 10-minutes drive away, and are perfect for families and friends. We recommend a visit to nearby Kallithea Springs, a restored Spa dating back to the Italian Occupation, which is found less than 10 minutes drive away. The airport of the island is only about 20 minutes drive away. Rhodes Old Town is within easy reach, about 15-minutes drive, it is the oldest inhabited medieval city in Europe, full of History, but full of life! Anthony Quinn beach, which is quite popular for its emerald waters, is also about 15 minutes away. Last but not least, you should visit Lindos. About 45 minutes drive away, it is the most exquisite and picturesque archaeological site of Rhodes, with its typical white houses and narrow streets set out below the ancient Acropolis. It also boasts some of the most idyllic beaches, such as Saint Pauls Bay. Not to be missed!
