This beautiful property is a 4 - bedroom Villa
with three bedrooms located on the first floor which have balconies offering
beautiful views of pool or garden & one bedroom located on the second floor
in the attic which has a sofa bed & a smart TV. All bedrooms are fully
airconditioned and offer double beds.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one
with a bathtub for your ultimate relaxation.
On the ground floor you will find a fully
equipped open kitchen, along with a dining area and a cozy living room with a
fireplace. The villa offers a smart TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi
access. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine & a dryer as
well as a WC.
Outdoors, you can enjoy a beautiful private
landscaped garden & a fully equipped private swimming pool (with
salt electrolysis system which is friendly & healthy for human skin) with a shower, umbrellas &
sunbeds on which you may rest & take advantage of the benefits of the
summer sun of Rhodes.

The property provides a parking space for two cars for your convenience! Please note that the basement is not included in the lease, has separated, private access and remains at the owners disposal for occasional use.

The beach is great for anyone looking for beach related activities and at the same time an excellent place to enjoy an unforgettable, romantic sunset. Nature lovers and sight seekers will love Filerimos Mountain that is in close proximity of the villa and offers great hiking paths through the ancient forest to the top of the mountain, where you can visit the medieval monastery and enjoy the breath taking, panoramic view of the west side of the island and the Aegean sea. Airport of Rhodes is found less than 15-minute drive away from the villa. Also, you should consider visiting Lindos, which is found in a short distance of a 50 minute drive; Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about a 20 minute drive away from the villa.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
