It’s large balcony with wooden pergola has a view of the whole area towards the sea with a fantastic sunrise view. Faliraki beach is only 800m away. A bus station with access to the whole island is just 150m away. Supermarkets, shops, and the center of Faliraki are just minutes away on foot. High speed Wi-Fi, private parking, are all free.

The apartment itself is 75 m2, open spaced, located on the top floor, with a cosy wooden design. It features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a built-in wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen, a large office desk, an air-conditioner, private parking, a living room with 3 built couches, free wi-fi, a washing machine, and a large corner bath tub. The large 40 m2 balcony – terrace with the view is fully equipped, has a wooden pergola, and is bathed in sun on all sides from sunrise until the evening. Baby cribs and child beds can be added upon request.

Extensive upgrades and thorough maintenance have kept this home in prime condition. The wooden decorations and chosen building materials create a very comfortable living space.

The neighborhood is ideal for your stay in Faliraki. It is located on a central location next to Faliraki center and Faliraki beach, but yet away enough to avoid the fuss of mass tourism. Within 100 meters you have access to anything you need, such as 3 large supermarkets, coffee shops, a bakery, ATM, car and scooter rentals. The center of Faliraki is only 600m away, and the main beach is only 800m away.

Everything is within walking distance. 150 m away there are bus stops with many routes such as Lindos or Rhodes city. The apartment is located on the main road that leads to Kalythies Village from Faliraki, it is 100 m away from the Rhodes – Lindos highway, which gives it access to the whole island. It has its own private parking space for your cars, scooters, or bikes. Walking and car routes can be suggested upon arrival.
