Sleeping up to 4 guests (plus the option of 2 additional children), Patitiri affords guest the opportunity to experience of a beautifully restored Greek property, offering authentic features, such as raised banka beds, high vaulted ceilings, and enclosed courtyard.

The entrance to the property is via the enclosed courtyard, which has a large stone BBQ and outdoor dining furniture; perfect for alfresco dining. Upon entering the property, you are greeted with the open plan sala which has a dining, lounge and sleeping area in the traditional Greek style. High vaulted ceilings and stone features, ensure that the sala remains cool and traditional raised banka beds offer comfort and convenience to guests with private dressing areas and walk in wardrobe located beneath each bed.

Off the entrance hall is the galley kitchen which has oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and all of the facilities that you may require to enjoy your self-catering stay at the Villa. The kitchen leads on to the snug which provides an additional cosy and comfortable lounge space and can also accommodate an additional sleeping area for children. The property also offers a family bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The Villa is located in a quiet residential area of the Village, within walking distance to the local shops, supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants. The popular beach resort of Stegna is a short drive from the property. Patitiri Traditional Villa is perfect for families who wish to experience authentic Village life and makes an excellent base in which to explore the Island of Rhodes.
