«Spotless! Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything for the kitchen,dining,bathroom and otherwise. Gorgeous finishes and layout, bedding was so comfy I’m buying the same for my house! Ed was so quick and easy to communicate with and very accommodating with answers to questions ( though we didn’t need anything bc it’s so well stocked.) loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings, great place to walk/run and the BEST part is there are 2 easy beach access points around 50 yds away! ...

«We traveled as a family, including two kids, and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Watch Hill. The unit is spacious, clean, well-located, convenient, and comfortable. It is walking distance to a number of shops, restaurants, and beach access points. Erich was a terrific host. He was very responsive, flexible, and accommodating and it was clear that he cared about our family having a good experience. We would highly recommend this unit for future travels to Watch Hill.»

«Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return ...

«Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful»
