The room was decently sized and comfortable. The hotel was clean. The staff were rude, unprofessional and not friendly or good with kids which was surprising considering it is a hotel with a water park, likely attracting a lot of kids. The arcade had many games that were not working but no out of order signs so wasted money spent on those games with no offers to refund. The room next to us was up all night partying and very loud but children were yelled at for being too loud before quiet hours. The nail salon as advertised is closed until further notice but that is not posted anywhere online or internally. They couldn’t give a date it would reopen and no apologies for the inconvenience. You need a separate key for the gym and business center. Life guards were inconsistent with rules and then punished children for misinterpreting due to these inconsistencies. We were there with a group for a basketball tournament and many others had the same complaints. One family even canceled their second night because even though their child was tall enough for the water slides, the lifeguards claimed she wasn’t. The restaurant had good food and was reasonably priced. The gift shop is a wall near front desk with very limited items.
