Great place for families
This was a great place to stay with family and a small child. There was plenty of space, a full kitchen, laundry, and 2 bathrooms. I loved the location because it was super close to the highway and other attractions like Bear World, shopping, and resteraunts. The neighborhood was decent, but there were dogs barking at 1:30 in the morning that would not stop and woke our whole house up. It wasn’t the dogs directly next door but somewhere off in the surrounding area. Other than that, it was pretty quiet. The original listing stated that there was AC and a hot tub. This property didn’t have either one unfortunately. The first few days we stayed it was warm outside so when I would use the oven/stove it made it even hotter in the house so we had to rely on the air flow from opening windows. Overall it was a nice stay and we would consider staying again in the future.

I am so sorry about the misunderstanding about a hot tub…we have never had one so I’ll try and get to the bottom of that. We do have a portable AC unit in the summer time and apologize that it was uncomfortable.

Convenient and clean property.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is private with easy access to highway. The house was clean and comfortable and the owners were easy to contact. Easy check in and departure as well.

Nice House With a Very Responsive Host!
I wasn't staying at Wendi's house for more than a quick shower and an overnight sleep to break up a long drive from Yellowstone to Boise. Unfortunately, the hot water heater wasn't working properly. Wendi, the host, was quick to respond when I let her know. She was very apologetic and made sure to rectify the situation. Other than the hot water issue, the house is great! Wendi also rents the house right next door, (4th St. Hideaway) so if you have a big family or a group, you can have one big property with two homes. Be aware though, that the two dogs next door will bark non-stop at you when they are outside in the driveway. The dog's owner didn't seem to care they were barking loud and non-stop (even at my midnight arrival) but they eventually made their way inside and stopped barking after about 10 minutes. All in all, Wendi went the extra mile to make up for the hot water, and I appreciate that. As long as the hot water works, and you don't spend too much time unpacking your car next to the neighbor's dogs, the house is a great stay!

Thank you for being understanding Michael! The lack of hot water ended up being a flipped breaker, so it’s up and going again. As far as the dogs go, we will talk to the neighbors again. We did install that big vinyl fence and during the summer when the trees and bushes on the end are full, they don’t bark at all. We will see if we can get that taken care of for the rest of the year! Great Place to Stay
Our family really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room. Very clean and well kept with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property
This house was exactly what we needed! The home was very clean with nice furnishings and an overall great feeling! The homeowner made the check-in and check-out process so easy. It is also in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property!

This is a great property it is it not far from the main road and easy to find. It is all one level so don’t have to worry about stairs if you have little ones.
