1. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Culpeper by IHG

«Great stay, Lovely full hot breakfast, comfortable beds and clean rooms. The straff in the breakfast hall does a great job keeping it clean and fresh, as same does the house keeping on the rooms!
Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, and I wonder if it could have been a smoking room earlier.
Only this makes me not give top score.

«The first room we went to had a cockroach crawling across the remote control. They moved us to a different room. This room had toenail clippings and crumbs all around the floor by the bed. We ended up having to change hotels.»

«I was unaware that the hotel was infested with mice and roaches. A dead roach rode the elevator Friday and Saturday. The elevator wasn’t working on Sunday when I checked out so I am unsure if he was still riding up and down. Mickey and his club house friends kept me awake both nights I stayed. The were burrowing into the bathroom wall behind the sink. The front desk said that they didn’t have mice in that area.»
