1.5 hours from Clermont-Ferrand, 1.5 hours from Lyon and less than an hour from St Etienne, in the Loire gorges, is the village of Retournac. It is in the place called Giraudon, a hamlet perched on the mountainside, that you will find "Le repère de Léo". This recently renovated family house will be the cradle of fabulous holidays, as a couple or with family! Here, nature surrounds you and it is without a doubt that it will dazzle you in all seasons!

A little further: Discover the town of Puy en Velay and its many buildings listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the village of Polignac, the town of Yssingeaux and its famous market on Thursday mornings, the Mezenc plateau... The house is located on a plot of approximately 1500 m², it has two terraces, one facing east, the other west. The main room, equipped with a wood stove, is composed of a kitchen, a living room and a lounge area and toilet.

Upstairs, a landing converted into a lounge area: library which serves: a bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed and a second equipped with a 90 cm bed, a bathroom and a toilet.

All-inclusive rates including: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the cottage must be tidied, the bins and dishwasher emptied, the bed linen grouped in the same place, and the toilets must be in a correct state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasonable and reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - if there is a large excess, it will be payable on site to the owners.
