MariAndry Villa is set in 17000m² of outstanding natural beauty, framed by nature and brimming with character. The 25m² private swimming pool (non-heated, 1.20 to 1.40m depth) is the heart of the villa’s terrace, complemented by comfortable sun loungers and a shaded dining area. A five-seater heated whirlpool with internal lights and hydromassage facilities will indulge you in luxurious relaxation while enjoying panoramic countryside views.

BBQ enthusiasts will enjoy a full outdoor cooking experience, with charcoal grill, traditional wood oven and gas hobs available for unforgettable al fresco meals. Children will love the shaded lawn-covered, fenced playground complete with playhouse, swing, children’s furniture, children’s plastic pool and toys—offering hours of fun under the sun. An outdoor shower is also available for added convenience.

*The owner of the Villa owns a friendly dog who may greet and accompany you upon your arrival.

Internal Living | Beds & Baths
The 80m² of contemporary and classic interiors feature open-plan living designed for warmth and connection. The Villa offers two stylish bedrooms located on the ground floor, lightened up with natural light from the windows - each with joined single beds forming a King Size setup (0.90x2.00 each). The first bedroom also features an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. A second shared bathroom, also with walk-in shower, is available right next to the second bedroom. The villa comfortably accommodates four guests in real beds, while two additional guests can be accommodated—one on a folding bed in the master bedroom (with the en-suite bathroom) and one on a sofa bed in the living room (suitable for one adult or two small children). Maximum capacity is 6 guests.
Strong, high-speed Starlink internet is available throughout the villa, ensuring seamless connectivity in all spaces.
