The Grand Villa is conceived as a private Cretan estate for guests who value scale, design, privacy, and the ease of an escape. Set across 3,700 m² of private land, the villa brings together a generous main residence and five independent guest houses, creating a layered retreat where families, friends, and larger groups can gather with comfort while still enjoying personal space and independence. Conceived for large families, groups of friends, retreats, and multi-generational stays, the villa balances grand shared spaces with private sleeping quarters, allowing guests to come together beautifully while enjoying a sense of independence throughout the estate. The main building features a generous indoor lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen and bar counter, creating an elegant central space for shared meals, relaxed gatherings, and everyday comfort. The living room is appointed with a 75’’ Smart TV, Bluetooth dock, games, and a dedicated workspace with desk, monitor, keyboard, and mouse, making the villa equally suited to leisure, extended stays, and remote work moments. A WC is also available in the main building next to the living room. The lower level introduces a complete leisure and wellness floor, featuring a gym, hammam, indoor cinema room, and laundry room. The gym includes a treadmill, multi-station machine, bench, dumbbells, and 43’’ Smart TV, while the hammam offers a restorative ritual after training or long summer days outdoors. - The villa is positioned in front of the main road, offering convenient access to nearby beaches, restaurants, shops, and the wider Rethymno region. As with any well-connected location, traffic sound levels may vary depending on the time of day and season, while the position allows guests to move easily around the area.
- Security cameras are located at the entrance and backyard areas for security purposes only.
