Achilleas cozyhouse

In the beautiful village of Prines, 6 kilometres from Rethymno centre, you will meet the stone house “ Achilleas cozy house ” which was built in 1859.
Achilleas guest house, a 80 sq. metres was renovated with a combination of venetian construction and modern decoration.
It can accommodate up to 6 people and locates at the center of village Prines, which means that local amenities (restaurants,super market,pharmacy, coffee shops, bus station) are within a 2 minute walking.

The owners have contributed to the building themselves using knowledgeand experience, respecting the traditional architecture of Crete and have used indigenous materials such as stone and wood. The result is a very comfortable and cozy house for their guests to enjoy. They expect the guests to experience the Cretan hospitality, tradition and history as well as pleasurable moments of relaxation and serenity.
“Achilleas cozy house ” is located at the center of village Prines which can meet all your needs. Supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, butchery shop, gas station and bus station are all within walking distance.
Rethymno is also 6 kilometres away, a 10 minute drive. The nearest beach is 3 km away and the nearest airport is Chania airport “Ioannis Daskalogiannis” 63 km away. Heraklion airport “Nikos Kazantzakis” is 90 km away. The property offers shuttle services to and from the airport for an extra charge.

Entering “ Achilleas cozy house ” one can feel the tranquility and freshness of a renovated property. On the ground floor of the house we 'll find a library with various books and a small living room with an armchair and a sofa (wich can also be used as a bed), where you can relax while you read a book and drink your coffee.
On the first floor we will find the living area (a sofa which can also be used as a bed), a full-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a balcony, where you can drink your wine and enjoy the view of the picturesque neighbourhood.
There is also a wooden attic, which consists of two bedrooms, including two double beds and large wardrobs.
The house is equipped with television, coffee machine, Microwave, Toaster, kettle,washing machine, hair dryer and an iron.
All rooms are air-conditioned.

Our main concern is that all of our guests deport from our house with a smile and a wish for a comeback.!!
