Curlew Earth Home 2BD w/ Valley & Mountain Views


Welcome to the Curlew Dome! Our earth dome house is welcome to all looking for a quiet and undisturbed rest from the hustle and grind of life.


This is a great home base for hunting, fishing, hiking, and more around Curlew and the Republic area.


Enjoy the scenic trail to the hilltop, offering stunning views of Curlew Lake, surrounding mountains, and the valley, not to mention the restful ample parking.
The space
Just off the back parking lot, we have a mudroom entrance shaped like an igloo with space to take off your shoes and hang up your coats.


The hallway ends in an open-plan living room and kitchen area with luxury features such as 15-foot-high ceilings, a chandelier, and stone lights


The large fully equipped kitchen includes a waterfall island bar that serves as a dining room table with seating for 4 people, and a place to put drinks and food.


Nestled by the large windows with a view of the valley, the living room includes a large couch with an ottoman.


We have a wonderful master bedroom featuring:


King-sized bed

2-night stands

Dresser and a coat hanger

Master bathroom with a uniquely shaped tub and a rain shower for maximum relaxation.


You will find the second bathroom in the hallway, as well as the guest room/TV room, which features:


Comfortable Queen-sized convertible futon couch bed (it accommodates 2 people)

Amazon smart TV.

Guests can have full access to all 7 acres of the property to walk and explore and enjoy

Excellent Stay at the Dome House

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, beautiful views. The Dome house is well stocked with all the essentials and fun extras like a great LP collection which we really enjoyed! The trail to the top of hill was a fun little hike with fantastic views from the top and great wildflower viewing. Loved our stay!

We had a fun girls trip. Very clean accommodation's. The view is amazing! We sat outside and watched the deer across the way. The kitchen had everything we needed. A very unique place to stay. Quiet and relaxing. Communication with Zachary was excellent. You have to take the short hike to the top of the dome and get the full effect of the view! Oh, and our first night we listened to LP’s on the record player. That was a fun surprise! I plan on returning for a get away with my husband.

Fossil Digging

My brother and I came over to try and find fossils. Our stay at the house had only one downside. The couch in the TV room was considered a second bed but it was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this house as a 2 bedroom sleeps 4 unless you specifically state the second bed is a fold down sofa and not a hide a bed or futon. I stay was great except for this one fact.

Must stay in Republic

Excellent experience in this lovely and unique home just north of Republic, WA. Beautiful location with view of Lake Curlew and a savanna territorial outlook. Well stocked kitchen with nice amenities throughout the house. We will stay here anytime we return to visit Republic.

Unique find close to Republic

I'll admit the pictures lured me in, bathtub and all, and I'm so glad they did! The main room is spectacular, light filled and roomy. The second bedroom was a bit tight for our 2 kids, but the couch and ottoman made for an extra comfy spot. Having access to 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer after a day fossil hunting is just an added bonus to the benefits of the Earth Dome House.

Peaceful Country Getaway

Perfect home base for exploring the Republic/Curlew/Sherman Pass region. Private and peaceful with convenient access to the lake and close enough to Republic to get supplies. I recommend taking the path to the high point on the property, there are lots of wildflowers and amazing views with some large ponderosa pines and Douglas firs. The interior was interesting, comfortable, modern and clean.

Curlew Fam Visit

This was a lovely property that served as our launching pad for daily visits to our extended family living at the top of a mountain just outside of Curlew. Easy access on and off the Highway. Will be back!
