«No heated pool as advertised, my king suite didn’t have a shower curtain upon arrival and took 1/2 the time of my stay to receive the curtain… the breakfast was terrible and the beds were stained »

«The hotel was nice but the staff are another story. We had drove 16 hours and tried to check in an hour early. The desk attendant told us no but we watched another party check in early. Also my husband was charged 3 separate charges all over $50 a piece with no explanation. We called and was given no reason and told a refund would be coming. We also went down and asked for towels during our stay and was given one towel and told there was no other towels or wash rags available. »

«Stay at any other hotel than this one. Sketchy area, sketchy people and the quality is terrible. We get to our room and the smoke alarm is beeping really loudly but they couldn’t even just give us batteries. They said they would send maintenance to put batteries in the next morning. We used the microwave TWO times and it shorted out which they said they would fix asap. We were out all day the next day but when we came back all the issues were still not fixed. «The suite we reserved was very spacious and nice. Loved the separate bedroom with a door and separate temperature controls for that bedroom and the rest of the suite. Decor in public areas was updated and welcoming. The staff quality was mixed with a few being helpful and pleasant but several that were not helpful or accommodating and ignored you when you stood at the front desk and then seemed very put out at simple requests like extra pillows, towels, and toilet paper.
