The staff was very friendly and responsive. There was no free breakfast and the lobby was not in the same building as the rooms, which was inconvenient compared to most hotels. My room was next to the elevator and entrance so there was a lot of noise from people coming and going, but in general, everything else was average or better.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. They have a restaurant open 24 hrs and it has a great menu.

Very poor customer service from the staff , I don’t recommend anyone to stay there unless truck driver due they have big a lot for trucks, only this feature

Very confusing how to check in. Have to go inside casino to check in then drive over to different building where room is and no parking available. Not convenient at all

The property overall was very good in most areas with the exception of arrival and check in. When we normally arrive a hotel there are place for check-in parking but not here because they have taken all the parking near the front registration entrance for the highest level players club card to park which also appears to have moved all of their Handicapped parking further away. Because of this you are left driving around to find ANY open parking for you to temporarily park for check-in which in our opinion is very inconvenient whether you are handicapped or just trying to check-in.

I like the hotel was separated from the casino. It’s within walking distance of the beautiful lake and lots for kids to do. Love the dining options.

Things we liked: Clean, quiet, close to lake and walking area. Maid service was great. Things we didn't like: Took a long time to get hot water to our room. we were on the top floor and the far end of the building. The freezer part of the fridge was missing the door and froze everything in the fridge.

This facility is maintained and managed well, though there is evidence of moderately heavy use. We've stayed at his hotel several times and likely will again. The overall service is good, though not excellent. We encountered a problem during this stay regarding a request for an extra blanket. We called housekeeping twice during the evening and were assured the blanket would be delivered to our room, the second time close to when we wished to retire. Despite those reassurances, the blanket was never delivered. As it happened, we were able to adjust the room temperature to avoid being chilly while we slept. There is a coffee maker and a refrigerator, however be aware that the rooms do not have microwaves, however it can be requested. If one is desired, we suggest that you request it upon arrival. Interestingly, it was delivered within minutes of our request, possibly due to our timely request, in stark contrast to the lack of response to our later request for the blanket. Overall, the room was comfortable, as it has been during our prior experiences.

Great spot, central to the area and other casinos in the vicinity. Nice room, good room service. Noisy floor from above, creaky floor and you could hear people walking. Other than that - no complaints.

1st time we had stayed there. Dog friendly rooms with hardwood laminate floors, close dog relief area, and the dog dishes for water & food. Room comfortable & attractive with larger fridge & liked the step in shower. We are snow birds so we will make the stop in Western Village in Sparks traveling down to Phoenix in the Fall and traveling north for the Summer.

Guest registration is inside the casino, but easy to find. Rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The restaurant prices are decent, which is a bonus!

We were in the wing. When you keep your pets, everything was fine. Until we found a baby cockroach couldn't find again. Then the toilet ran Running off and on all day and all night kept bathroom door closed. solved that issue. Other than that the room was very nice And very accommodating
