«Breakfast has no other options only Chinese food not even bread and butter for breakfast and no tea or coffee all is focused on Chinese food. On arrival during check-in my room floor was dirty toilet has hair as if someone already had a shower there. I told them to clean my room so I can use the toilet and the room floor they said yes but never done so until the next morning. Staff can't speak English not even hello. »
