This spacious 85 m² holiday home offers a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests, within walking distance of the beach and the lively centre of Renesse. With high ceilings, wooden beams, large windows, two bathrooms, a large enclosed garden and practical amenities, it is a welcoming choice for families looking for comfort, space and a relaxed coastal atmosphere.Living area: The hall leads into a spacious living room with high ceilings, beautiful wooden beams and large windows overlooking the garden and terrace. Natural materials and warm furnishings create an inviting atmosphere, while the seating area with a corner sofa, armchair, television, and coffee tables offers a comfortable place to relax.Dining area: The dining area is located between the living room and kitchen and features a spacious table with seating for six people, ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings together.Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, including a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle.Bedrooms: The holiday home has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and are each furnished with two 80 x 200 cm single beds, bedside tables and a closet. The third bedroom is located on the main floor and also has two 80 x 200 cm single beds.Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, and towel radiator. The main-floor bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink.Toilets: A separate toilet is available on both floors for added convenience.Comfort: The entire main floor, including the bedroom and en-suite bathroom, is equipped with underfloor heating, creating a pleasant indoor climate during cooler periods.Outdoor space: The living room opens onto a partially covered terrace of 16 m², offering a comfortable place to enjoy the outdoors in different weather conditions.Garden: The fully enclosed 300 m² garden provides plenty of space for children to play safely. Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets are not allowed.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
