«We found this hotel good to stay for our family. The hotel located in a 10 mins walking distance to wholesale market (ipodrom bazar) which is very great location for the travelers who want to shop. Unfotunately the hotel staff did not meet us from the airport as we requested them over the phone which gave us some stresfull time to find a transport to arrive to the location. Please carefully check with the hotel administration about its facilities which are listed as available. We picked this ...

«Huge hotel that every body knows about. It needs to be upgraded and better manitainence. A litte bit to walk to find a shoping mall and what is more of downtown, (if Tashkent have a downtown.)The beds are a bit on the harder side, but that seems to be normal in Sentral Asia. The number of tables at breakfast is to little so we ate in the adjacent bar. The Sightseeing buss starts its rounde outside the hotel. We tried to eat in the 16th floor restaurant at new years eve, but every thing was fully ...

«A real 5 star hotel , location is absolutely fabulous , staff very courteous»

«With the exception of an elevator mishap, the property was immaculate. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Nice shower with good water flow. Nice to have YouTube so I was able to watch my concerts and follow events. Good location near the airport and not too far from the Metro. Good area for walking. Thanks for the nice hospitality!»

«This is a very nice hotel just by the theatre in Tashkent. Breakfast is great. Room was spacious and good.»

«Not 5 star luxury standard, just due to showing it's age. Has the grandeur of 5 star in lobby. Staff were helpful enough, did have issues with room power cut and issues with registration as a tourist but were dealt with by staff.»

«I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and I was truly impressed by the service. The staff were extremely patient, kind, and honest in their interactions with guests. They showed great professionalism and genuine care, making the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Their polite attitude and dedication created a very comfortable experience, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I sincerely appreciate the excellent hospitality and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.»

«The location is great: right by the canal/water, in the middle of the city where locals live, rows along the canal and with key tourism sites are easy to get to. The hotel is what one can expect Crowne Plaza offers: pristine with great amenities. Many other international hotel chain in Tashkent are getting to be expensive as the city develops, reaching US hotel price range. Crowne Plaza offers Crowne Plaza quality yet still at a good affordable price for a foreigner. A superb value in Tashkent! ...

«Slitne etter en uke i Pamirfjellene kom vi til denne oasen av et hotell. Forventningene var høye, men de leverte til fulle. Fantastiske rom, profesjonell stab, super service, nydelig atrium med mandyaer og sittegrupper, godt utvalg i baren, god mat. Anbefales på det sterkeste!»

«First room was not ready . when I finally enter the room at 2 pm the cleaners were inside hanging a curtain my roommate had to take nap while they were there. The A/C was not working properly strong smell of cigarettes. Expedia shows shuttle services and they don’t have a shuttle , I’m a platinum member and this was a VIP hotel , I had a free drink, did not happened , no bar and restaurant was closed . No Elevator and no one available to help with bags , also no storage room available. They ...
