«Everything was 4 to 5 stars except we were woken up at 5:30 by a lot of banging in the hall.
We were in room 124 right behind the kitchen. Not certain if it was kitchen staff or cleaning staff but it lasted for a minute or two. Then around 6 it happened again but this time only lasted about 15 seconds.
Breakfast was good but that automatic pancake machine was almost useless. Would rather have the waffle makers back.»

«Overall the hotel was a good stay for a couple nights for the price. It was very clean and the manager was always there and very friendly. All the other hotels on this road look sketchy so I was a little nervous at first, but it ended up being fine and safe. Staff was friendly, but I thought it was a little weird how the front desk girl asked me to go back upstairs and tell the cleaning lady that I wanted our room tidied, when I requested it on my way out of the hotel for the day. I figured she ...

«We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!»
