«Room still had vomit on thr bunk beds and on the curtains. Floors very grubby. We just need a place to sleep for a few hours, so didnt complain. Then left early morning, never to return.»

«We sat down in the common area with snacks & our drinks. The staff had the fireplace lit. The rooms were wonderful. We had lunch in the area on the day of check in, we didn’t want to leave our bags in the car. Thank goodness we were able to get early check in. Love this place»

«The Motel, was very clean and provided all the necessary amenities. However upon arrival the gentleman behind the desk was not that friendly gave me the keys, said if I needed anything else he would be in the office until 9pm he didn’t direct me to my room I had to walk around to find my room number so I could drive my car there. No information about where to leave the keys, or Whyfie»

«The air con could not keep room warm enough at night. Mould in the bathroom, doors would jam, cupboards are falling apart, etc. Barely 2 star accommodation. In major need of upgrades and maintenance.»

«Our stay was fantastic, as we had all we needed in the lakefront cabin. This park is highly recommended if you look for peaceful places with great scenery.»

«Right in town and incredibly comfortable and quiet. The room is big so it was great having the fireplace and later the reverse cycle, so a nice option in winter. Gunderoo is definitely small but it’s an excellent option if you want to stay out of Canberra for the night and the food options are great.»

«Facility appears to have modernised recently. Very nice to walk into the room. Water scalding hot for shower, so that was a beautiful surprise. Riya at reception - outstanding. Asset to the place. Nice BBQ area in full view of room. Could leave kids in room and felt safe about it»

«Arrived late and received a courtesy call from staff advising of parking options and entry instructions which were easy and efficient. Easy stroll to restaurants and supermarket for dinner and snacks. Pool looked so inviting, sad we didn’t bring our togs. Room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. We were just passing through, a shame we couldn’t stay. »

«the motel is an old heritage build with a good atmosphere. the rooms were neat and tidy. the food was really great, but there was no breakfast service, but overall, a great stay. »

«There is a small enclosed yard, but it is not attached to the house. Dog had to be on a lead to get to the yard, which was challenging at night. there are many other dogs on the property and although contained, they barked a lot at night. The space did not feel private as there are many other dwellings on the property. Would suit a small dog ok, but not our dog of working breed.»
