«Great stay »

«All the staff are welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and well appointed. Parking is provided. Little packets of biscuits to have with a cup of tea or coffee were appreciated. There is a kitchenette including a microwave, crockery and cutlery as well as a lovely onsite restaurant. We have stayed here twice in the last few months and will stay there again the next time we are visiting Yass.»

«Love that our car was right outside our room. Staff accommodated a late checkout and were very friendly. Facilities had everything we required. Would definitely stay there again.»

«Property is on the older side but still a nice place to stay on our way through. Parking was great for our larger van and the gentleman at reception was very nice.»

«We stayed in the Garden Room, in mid May. The room is very rustic and while it would be great for a stay in spring or summer, we were very happy to only be there one night. It was comfortable (great bed) but very cold. I would suggest looking very closely at the photos on the website, and perhaps staying in a room in the house if you have a couple of nights in Yass.»

«Facility appears to have modernised recently. Very nice to walk into the room. Water scalding hot for shower, so that was a beautiful surprise. Riya at reception - outstanding. Asset to the place. Nice BBQ area in full view of room. Could leave kids in room and felt safe about it»

«Arrived late and received a courtesy call from staff advising of parking options and entry instructions which were easy and efficient. Easy stroll to restaurants and supermarket for dinner and snacks. Pool looked so inviting, sad we didn’t bring our togs. Room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. We were just passing through, a shame we couldn’t stay. »

«The location is really nice, great view and being on a farm. I normally don’t leave bad reviews, especially when the host has been friendly. To be honest, the stay wasn’t great mainly due to cleanliness and basic setup. It feels like the cleaning and preparation aren’t properly checked. Not sure if this is run by a third party, but if so, the cleaner didn’t do the job properly. When we arrived, 1. most bathroom items like hand wash and body wash were empty with only a bit of shampoo left, 2. ...
