«We stayed in a deluxe cabin it is far from deluxe. It had a musty smell, mould in the shower. Water stains on the windows and an old wall air conditioner/heater that vibrated the whole cabin. I left a glass on the sink and it was vibrating that much the smashed when it feel into the sink. It only has a double bed and not much room between the bed and the walls. Definitely not worth the money we paid to stay there.»

«Staff were happy and welcoming on arrival and explained the security boom gate and what I needed to do. When I booked I advised of my mobility issues but I did not expect quite a big step into the shower without a hand rail. The advertisement explained that all units are ground floor and wheelchair accessible. I was offered a ramp to access the unit and I said the steps would be ok. I would recommend a handrail on the exterior steps in some units for people who require a bit of stability on the ...

The teenagers were impressed with all the extras like the Xbox, books, board games etc. it was really great to have linen provided on the beds as that made it more of a holiday for the parents, creating an easy packing and unpacking experience.
