«The room was fairly clean but the carpet was stained and disgusting.
The pool was nasty. Didn't look like it had been clean all summer. Plus the pool deck was littered with beer, caps and cigarette butts.
The mattress was lumpy as were the pillows and the sheets were not up to comfort inn standards.
We have stayed at a lot of comfort ends over the years and this was by far the worst.
The staff was very limited. The manager on call was actually the guy that cooked breakfast!»

«Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment.

«Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead.
The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use.
They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations. ...

«The host was very adamant about his 20 page report, which was riddled with useless information. Including a paragraphs about his plights on maintaining the property with snow storms in the hurricane. When I called him because the directions were unclear he had a bad attitude.I’d strongly recommend shortening the instructions and deleting duplicate information on the 20 page thesis. Also, if you don’t have the capacity to treat your guests with a good attitude, you may want to look at a property ...
