«When we arrived the cleaners were still there [which was not their fault] but was due to the previous party having made a terrible mess. We said we'd do a bit of shopping while they finished the cleaning. We returned later and the house was in good order. «The staff are lovely and check in is quick and efficient. We have stayed 3 times as a family for our yearly conventions and always book a well appointed 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Kitchenette with dishwasher and basic utensils/tools for cooking. Full size fridge. Full size shampoo/conditioner & bodywash in showers. Beds are big and comfy. Secure basement parking is an additional cost but not expensive. If you need additional towels, dishwashing powder ect.. the staff there are happy ...

«Excellent location within walking distance of plenty of shops, cafes and the waterfront. Check in was very easy. The rooms were well furnished and equipped we had a connecting studio and 1 bedroom apartment, which was perfect with our 2 young kids. All staff were very friendly. We loved the housekeeping service. And we were able to store our bags on check out until we needed to go to the airport. Would stay again.»

«We arrived at 4:30pm and the lady, Renee, at reception told us that we had enough time to make it to the complimentary wine tasting at Shadowfax. It was 5 minute walk. We completed check-in and walked quickly over to the wine tasting. We expected them to turn us down or act like they didn’t want to serve us.
