«This is the worst property I have ever stayed at the hotel was filthy. I stayed here before about a year ago and it was nice but this time there was mold in the bathrooms and the carpets were full of dust, the elevator didn’t work the TVs didn’t work and the manager was rude. I saw here cussing at guests and tried to throw them out for requesting face towels. She said she didn’t want kids in her property, I saw them towing cars of registered guests»

«Room was disgusting pink goo stains on one comforter burn holes in the other. Boogers smeared on the wall next to the bed. Stains on sheets and towels. Sagging falling apart ceiling tiles. Staff was friendly at check-in but refused to address issues or even switch rooms (there were available rooms) Don't stay here.»

«The staff had no clue where things were the breakfast was messy juice machine broken coffee machine also they had a pot of crappy coffee.there pool was down and that is why I chose this spot.was told it hasn't worked in years.managment were rude.i never used this site to travel and I'm not very happy at all with my very expensive trip.the hotel was old and rundown the outside wasn't kept up the TV had 26 channels and half were blurry.i would like to know why you have this place as an option it ...

«Not a bad place to stay when compared to some of the other choices in the area. My only complaints are that I arrived at 11:00 am and room wasn’t ready until 1:00 pm, and the bed was very hard not very comfortable. Other than that I would recommend it , if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in the Sturbridge, Ma. Area»

«Very good stay, excellent clean room, very good breakfast, really nice lobby/breakfast room and halls. Very quiet. The desk needs to be manned more consistently. Each time I went to the desk, it took a few minutes for someone in the back room to notice I was there - they were otherwise very helpful.»

«Time for a make over. Property and hotel getting old, it would certainly be a good idea for a major make over. Beds are comfy, room and bath very clean, but that bathroom is small and the door doesn’t help. We’d stay again, family in the area, it just needs some changes and refreshing.»
