«Hotel was once a grand place - currently needs TLC. Not as clean as you would expect. Restaurant menu & service were not up to Blennerhassett reputation. Not sure I would stay there again.»

«Clean quiet room. Hot breakfast every morning.»

«The room was pretty gross. Flies in the room. Microwave looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year with caked-on food inside. The shower was a joke. Shower head was eye level with me. The lock on the inside of the door was broken and held on with one screw. Also found someone’s old socks when I went to grab the iron. The iron in the closet with the broken door. Lock in the bathroom door did not work. Included breakfast was ok and the staff was nice. But I will not be staying here again.»

«Was told at check in the pool was open, although it's missing a foot of water. When my children went down to swim they were told they weren't allowed that it was 15$ per person.»

«Overall decent for the money»

«They were doing some exterior renovations but overall the hotel was clean and comfortable.»

«Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Really no amenities but for just a stop for the night it was fine. Would stay again.»

«Older but well maintained. Quiet, plenty of hot water.»

«The property was as expected for the money. The bed was terribly hard. One room had a broken lock, one room had a broken towel bar.»

«Staff was very friendly & helpful»

«Absolutely love this rustic cabin! Location is conveniently situated for easy access to the interstate but tucked back on the river front for some seclusion. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the open agricultural field on one side and wooded separation from a few quiet neighbors on the other side. Walking bridge connects to the well lit path down to the dock for fishing/boating/kayaking/pedal boat as well as a well lit deck with nice outdoor furniture for relaxing and conversation. «The host was wonderful in communicating! The place is super cute, private, clean, and comfortable. I would note that if you are 6'2" it will be a bit tight in the shower, but the water is good and hot and the shower head has good pressure! The loft ladder could be a bit heavy for a small person, but it is doable. The location is very convenient for Parkersburg/Marietta. Parking is gravel, but very well maintained. It is a great little place to stay!»

«The room smelled horribly, dog pee and blood in carpet, tape holding light switch down, I walked in room and immediately left. Requesting refund!! »

«Everything was as advertised. It was perfect for what I needed.»
