«Great friendly staff. Room & amenities were great!»

«Pros: Clean room. Clean and soft fluffy towels. Staff adequately friendly. Parking lot was good. Cons: Card didn't work in door. Substitute room was only 1 large bed. Road noise. Hallway noise. Breakfast was okay 3 out of 4 days. 1 day the attendant was behind in making more eggs and coffee. People waited 10 minutes to get food. No raisin bran. Our room had a cockroach. No Bible in room. Lacking hospitality. Breakfast attendant was the same person as the front desk clerk. Really fast road that ...

«Not particularly clean and breakfast consisted of cereal and pancakes. Not exactly as described in the hotel details.»

«Our key card had to be fixed 3 times in one morning, the front desk man got mad and told me he couldn't wait for us to leave. The elevator safety on door was missing so once it stared to close it didn't stop. There was no parking. Contractors parked thier trailers across parking spaces, then parked their trucks using 2 spaces. For 200.00 a night I am so disappointed, its hard to believe Holiday Inn let's them use their name.»

«Did not like not having a do not disturb sign to hang out of my room door...so staff would rather knock hard early in the morning at my door instead; to.see if I needed something.....I did not and wanted no distrurbance better....»

«I highly recommend this Best Western for anyone who asks. Staff was totally awesome and friendly. Property was clean. Breakfast had something for everyone. The automatic pancake maker was a fun feature. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.»

«Good location. Clean room. Clean pool. Easy parking. My only complaint is that Expedia listed a free breakfast and all they had was coffee. This is not on the facility, but on Expedia. When I asked about the breakfast I was told that Expedia had been told several times that there was no longer a breakfast offered and Expedia had not yet changed their listing to reflect the change.»

«Disgusting. Bed sheets were filthy with hair and cigarette ash/burns in them.»

«Stay away. Place was a mess and run down. Bathroom had mold, shower head was digusting, toilet seat had screws holding it. Wash cloths were stained. I’m glad I brought my own from the track. Key card stopped working shortly after using it everytime. Parking lot is an off-road course. At check in was told they couldn’t check me in . Then gave me a room. Told me they didn’t have my contact info. Yet they did as it was booked online. Last time o was in town we walked in to the room they gave ...

«Communication wasn't there at all called office 3 times Friday afternoon left a message and no answer and no call back»

«Loved it»

«The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Has the standard refrigerator, microwave, and small coffee pot. Would stay again.»

«Clean and nice room.»

«I made reservations for 3 nights and they weren't even open. I couldn't get through to anyone. I had to scramble for lodging, as several events were taking place and rooms were scarce.»

«We have a beautiful stay everytime we stay!! »
