«Fredelig hotell med en liten sittekrok ved inngangen. Rent og pent. En befrielse med hotellrom UTEN gulvteppe:-) Fresht og rent beskriver hotellet. Likte godt å sitte og slappe av etter frokost i de gode stolen på altanen. Store rom. »

«Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly & helpful. Loved the walk-in shower.»

«Worked out very well and a good stay!»

«Great historic place that has great charm.»

«This was a gorgeous and well located place to stay. The owners are very communicative and friendly, the food menu unique and large and the other guests seemed to enjoy their time here as well. It’s a quiet and peaceful place for our anniversary getaway. Thanks guys!!! Only certain rooms have certain amenities though so be sure to book the room that suites your needs.»

«The prairie and stream were beautiful. We loved the outdoor covered deck and the 3 season enclosed porch. Everything was clean. The fishing was good for the amount of rain we had.»

«We had a great time, lodge was clean and host was there to greet us..Grandkids had great time in clan pool and caught a few fish in pond. Would recommend to anyone!»

«The location and view was great, quiet. Air conditioner didn’t work the second night it was 85 degrees inside, first night was cool outside so wasn’t noticeable. We didn’t get back till late so we didn’t bother trying to get help with it. No working lights outside, blinds are all broken, fridge/freezer not cold my ice melted over night. Rodent killer bottle sitting outside the door. I cleaned the dehumidifier filter as it was completely coated with dust. The ac head is dirty so it probably needs ...

«Very comfortable»

«This is an amazing property. So quiet and peaceful. We used the fire pit at night to really relax. We went to decorah. Waterfalls ate at multiple restaurants that were all fabulous. The downtown decorah is acute quaint community. Everything was very clean and fresh. We would highly recommend this place to stay.»

«Do not book this property! Arrived and it smelled musty. The yard was shin high, not mowed and the fire pit was dirty and no firewood. Had an issue with the gas stove, called the host. Ended up having called the fire department on our own, they recommended we get our stuff out. It was 11 o’clock at night and went to a hotel. Had booked three nights only stayed one night and no compensation.! Hosts were not helpful and we’re quite rude. VERY DISAPPOINTED»

«Love the location of this place with it being right downtown and close to a few places to eat. That being said, traffic can get a little loud! Comes as a warning that there are stairs…they are definitely more difficult when having to carry luggage up/down them, so take that into consideration if you’re bringing a lot. We were only there one night and our kids are old enough to help so it was fine. Not sure that the air was working great - would have liked it a little cooler while sleeping. ...

«Loved the spacious apartment style - easy to relax in one space while others slept in. Beds were comfy, temperature was perfect even during an Iowa heatwave. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. (coffee in the cupboard!) Off street parking was a really nice perk. We will definitely be back! Almost forgot! The Koreana Japanese restaurant downstairs - perfect for a late night snack! 😋 (Along with beers from Pulpit Rock & Topling)»
