«The hotel was very not clean at all. The walls in the hallways and carpets all had stains. When I entered the room there was a bad odor, big holes from chipped paint in the bathroom, the toilet still had a ring on the inside, and the shower had dried on shampoo still from previous guests. «Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. «Although we booked the Wizard’s Roost, due to unforeseen circumstances, we stayed in the Steampunk room, which was awesome! So creative! There are lots of clever surprises to explore. The whole place was very comfortable, with lots of amenities, especially the full kitchen. My sister can’t wait to tell everyone about this place!»

«The inside entrance had no light. The bulb was burned out. The house was not clean. When I walked in the entrance there was dirt and debris all over the floor and on the mat in front of the stairs and on the stairs. I went up the enormous amount of very narrow and steep stairs to the apartment.
