«Property could use a good overhaul. I initially went to the wrong room and the door frame was busted so the door wasn't even actually close shut. I pushed it open, the TV was on, and personal items on the furniture where the TV was sitting. Immediately I left because I knew someone was in that room (not at that moment, thankfully). «Very clean and tidy apartment. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Nice security being behind an electric gate, although it is a nice neighborhood. All of the appliances looked new, very clean. A person could easily walk to historic downtown to check out what it has to offer. The Hosts live on the premises, so it is easy to communicate with them. «To start with, it seemed to us like this was the first time rental for this property and nothing was ready to have customers staying in the place. Things we found that should have been taken care of prior to guest arrival:Provide bathroom toiletries other than paper and hand sanitizer. Clean the hair and dust from the tubs and sinks. «My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming lake house. The home was large, and the hardwood floors were beautiful. The backyard was PERFECT for small kids (and our dogs) to play! Lots of room to explore safely! The walk to the lake is probably about .6 miles away with a few hills, so keep that in mind. But it is a beautiful walk.
