«Had called earlier in the week to request a first floor room when I arrived no first floor room was available. He requested late checkout which they said would charge me additional day so I opted not to but then the housekeeper barged into the room at 10:28 which was 32 minutes before checkout time. I was in a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke that they were using an air freshener to cover up which it did not. Just overall very unimpressed but I guess you get what you pay for.»

«Very clean and tidy apartment. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Nice security being behind an electric gate, although it is a nice neighborhood. All of the appliances looked new, very clean. A person could easily walk to historic downtown to check out what it has to offer. The Hosts live on the premises, so it is easy to communicate with them. If a person is looking for a single room apartment to use for a bit, I don't think you could find a cleaner and nicer one than this. I will ...

«My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming lake house. The home was large, and the hardwood floors were beautiful. The backyard was PERFECT for small kids (and our dogs) to play! Lots of room to explore safely! The walk to the lake is probably about .6 miles away with a few hills, so keep that in mind. But it is a beautiful walk. I am still wearing my badge of honor scrapped knee lol. Once you get to the lake, the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was so much fun to swim in ...

«A very nice place to stay. Clean and everything in order. The directory and map of Lincolnton was a nice touch. Very helpful. Only one very minor complaint: The blinds in the guest bedroom did not close completely.»

«The home worked well for meeting up with family and hanging out for the weekend. Pool was great for the 4 boys to use.»

«Google street view helped us the most to find the house. It's back off of the main road so it wasn't obvious that we were in the right place, and we had to look around to find the correct opening in the fence to access the back of the property. The house is a cute, older, Southern cottage. The heat worked well and it was clean. I never had to contact the host, but I had their contact info and I knew they we nearby if I needed them. It was nice that it was back away from the main house. »

«Good and easy communication with owner. Clean, no surprises or unexpected issues to deal with. Great layout, sleep arrangements and easy access and plenty of parking for vehicles and bass boats in tow. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen with great layout for food preparation and serving our party of 6. »
