«The key cards to access the rooms are the cheapest ones I have ever seen. They lose the ability to access the rooms. The front desk warns everyone to not have them, by your phone, your key fobs, you other cards, in your RFID Wallet. So, I left me card in my car. and could access my room one time before they had to reprogram it. I had to have it programmed 3 times for a 1-night stay.»

«This was a great place. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet, except for an occasional train whistle. Which we thought added to the ambiance. Nicely furnished. Kitchen looked well stocked with necessary cooking items. Although we only made coffee during our stay. There were good places to eat in the area. You can see the Scotsman’s workshop from the VRBO. Parking was free and adjacent to the unit. Highly recommend.»

«The room was clean and the stay overall was excellent. The only negative mark against the room is the lack of a window. That was shocking when checking in. Location is right in the middle of downtown, so there are shops and restaurants within feet of the entrance.»

«Needs some maintenance but it is an old building. Area around outside balcony kind of ratty…no scenery at all. But was conveniently located and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen all good. Bathroom good. Had a lot of rain while there….several interior leaks. Advised staff….no response. Tornado warning nearby. Should be info to view on where to go for cover in event of tornado approaching. Beware to older folks: stairs extremely steep!!! Be careful!! »
