«There was food on the floor, the garage cans were extremely dirty and when I asked them to clean and return they put a clean bag in the can and return it still dirty with slimmy stuff in it, the eggs look like something in my granddaughter easy bake oven,,I asked for fresh towels the next day and they gave me stained towels, it was extremely terrible and I will never return there nor will I recommend anyone there this quality Inn needs to be seriously invested. «The only thing cleanliness I have to complain about is the shower still had soap scum on the base of the shower floor when I stepped in it. I could feel how slick the floor was from. Where either soap scum was left or cleaning agent was left on the floor of the shower. Also, the maintenance man needs to go around, fixing a lot of cracks and caulking that are peeling»

«Perfect location when you need a hotel close to the interstate. The room was very quiet, even though the hotel was located between the interstate and the railroad. Clean and spacious room. The shower was partially broken, but fully useable. Everything else was great. »

«Unexpected $50 cash deposit required to get your key. It’s to guarantee no smoking. I understand but it should be clarified beforehand. There was what sounded like a violent fight upstairs. Domestic it sounded like. I just wanted to sleep after driving 7 hours, but I couldn’t ignore the apparent assault. I did call and the owner was notified. After happening intermittently for about 1 1/2 hours, it ended. I was grateful. Hope the people get help.»

«This property has one employee working all night. Marie checked us in. When we got to our room it was dirty and had not been prepared for our arrival. Marie had to come and clean our room. She had to run back and forth from the fourth floor to the front desk 3 times to check people in and clean our room. On top of that we were given a King room when we made reservations months in advance for a two queen beds room. Marie deserves a raise and the property manager needs to rethink their staffing ...

«As a lover of architecture, it scratched the itch to stay in a historic mansion. Like much of Richmond, IL, this house was many decades past its prime, witnessed by the broken car parked out front and the 70's apartment complex that overlooks its backyard. The home has tons of space and some beautiful original features, but you have to balance them with the broken, mismatched thrift store furniture, the challenging lack of outlets/strangely placed switches and dusty old curtains some on broken ...
