«The place is quite new and the room was clean. The front desk worker was not very professional in appearance. The young man working the desk in the morning was also working the breakfast room. Breakfast room needed more attention to keeping counters cleaned and stocked. It was the most sparse breakfast I have ever seen in a motel. This was our 1 st stay at a Microtel motel.»

«I pre-booked the room with a jetted tub and that was the main reason for staying there. Upon entering the room we realized it wasnt the correct room so I asked the front desk and they said that the tub broke 2 days before and nobody had been out to fix the tub. I was not notified so I could maybe change where I was staying and I wasnt told at check-in which is just infuriating. The room we got in exchange was fine but not what I has reserved or paid for. I was offered money back only AFTER I ...

«That was a great vacation at Sodus Point! The cottage was exactly what we wanted and had everything we needed for a nice stay. Host was very responsive to all our questions ( although it was so well organized that we really had one or two).It is really in the middle of the town and we walked everywhere- the beach, lighthouse museum, restaurants. There was a fair on baseball field right across- nice shopping and activities.A really short and sightseeing rides to parks and beaches nearby, ...
