«The hotel stay was disappointing because the actual rooms and facilities did not match the photos shown on the website. The pictures made the place look much better than it really is. However, the staff were polite and helpful during the stay. Overall, the service was okay, but the hotel should update the photos on the site to reflect the real condition.»

«Das Hotel ist eine tolle Ausgangsbasis, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Bereich Colombo zu entdecken. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und mit allen, was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist sehr erholsam. Das Essen ist wie die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals nicht zu übertreffen. Nur der Strand ist zum Schwimmen nicht so geeignet. Wellness wurde auch angeboten, leider hatten wir zu knapp geplant.»

The pool was sparkling clean, relaxing and warm with plenty of exotic birds including parrots flying around. The food choices were numerous and tasty. «The property was exactly as it appeared online; clean, spacious, and with a spectacular view. I felt safe with the gated entry and 24 hour security. I was also able to get to and from Colombo, the major city, in about 20 minutes each way--and used the local taxi app to do it. I'll stay again. Sweet experience.»

«This was a terrible experience and a scam! We had a confirmed booking 6 months in advance, but the host never sent access details. The host claimed he never received payment and wanted me to send him another payment to his account, or a receipt showing payment to his account. Well, that is not how it's supposed to work. Orbitz/Vrbo charged me for it 6 months in advance and they should send the payment to the host. We were forced to make a last minute booking elsewhere, which cost more than ...
