«• Upon arriving, I did not feel welcome, I would have appreciated a more friendly reception.
• The entrance is difficult, especially when carrying bags- the entry pad where you scan the room card to enter is too far from the door- it would time out & relock before I could get to the door.
• My room was not clean- there was a sticky substance in the kitchen and garbage on the floor.»

«A busy hotel next to a busy road. Adequate parking, not much green space. No road noise noticeable indoors. Room (two queens) was clean and comfortable. Bathroom smaller than some, but okay for two. During the night, the mini-fridge was noisy and the TV remote made a strange popping noise when switching channels. Staff were more efficient than welcoming at check in, but they were very busy.»
