«Place is awesome. Very well maintained and everything was super clean upon our arrival. Our host was kind and greeted us warmly. She even took us on a mini tour of her farm and allowed us to pet her animals, including the babies! We will be back in the future. Great place, warm host, and serene!»

«To start with, it seemed to us like this was the first time rental for this property and nothing was ready to have customers staying in the place. Things we found that should have been taken care of prior to guest arrival:Provide bathroom toiletries other than paper and hand sanitizer. Clean the hair and dust from the tubs and sinks. «Once we changed rooms it was better. First room,on 4th floor, had a closet door hanging partially off and a curtain hanging off also. The room had a brown stain where it appeared the ac unit had leaked. The room was rather musty smelling. The second room, on the first floor, was much better. No Gideons Bible in the drawer so we left a Hellfighters Search and Rescue New Testament. I was traveling with my female wife of 38 years!!»

For starters, whoever is the maintenance person, thy need to be fired. the bathtub had a hole in the floor and all they did was put white duct tape over it useless!!!. Then thy must have remodeled the room but instead of using the same size sink, light fixtures, nightstand and toilet, they used smaller sizer but left the bolts and nails and wholes that the old fixtures caused exposed. «Very clean and tidy apartment. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Nice security being behind an electric gate, although it is a nice neighborhood. All of the appliances looked new, very clean. A person could easily walk to historic downtown to check out what it has to offer. The Hosts live on the premises, so it is easy to communicate with them. If a person is looking for a single room apartment to use for a bit, I don't think you could find a cleaner and nicer one than this. I will ...
