«We stayed for a weekend and it was just what we needed. It was welcoming and cozy. We slept well and had everything we needed in the tiny home. There was bottled water which was a nice treat upon arriving late. Definitely recommended and have it saved for when I return to TN again!»

The house was accommodating for our group of 4 men on a fishing trip to Lake Norris it was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Wit all lake properties in the area stairs are always an obstacle but the path from the parking area to the porch was a blessing as I’m a disabled Vet but was able to manage without any problems. «There was no mattress cover. There was no paperwork on the place to be had. The owner...who is next door... comes and explains stuff inside. Paperwork should have handled all that because its awkward. I prefer to not be in a small room with a bed with a stranger... not my thing... othwise it was great! Would have given 5 stars but the whole no mattress cover drops it. Creek was great! Cannot use both microwave and toaster oven at the same time.... makes making food a pain.»

«Very beautiful lake house with a sliver of lake to gaze at from the big back deck with plenty of seating. Two nice bedrooms sized bedrooms with a bathroom for each. Great kitchen and plenty of seating in the living room. Good, easy communication with the owner. Would stay there again.»

«We were so pleased with our stay! The location was excellent, and the view was so peaceful and perfect. We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoyed supper on the deck overlooking the lake. The best part was having access to a boat rental right on property. We were able to rent a boat without trailering or hauling, and without driving anywhere! This property was conveniently located close to the marina, which made refueling easy. «Cute little place! Clean for sure, has all that we needed except the pull out sofa bed is incredibly uncomfortable. Would be better with an upgraded mattress. The description says fenced back yard, but there not accurate. It was not a big deal for us. We would stay there again if the bed situation was improved. Overall, not bad!»
