«The property looks like and abandoned ghost hotel. It needs a lot of cleaning, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The staff (I only saw 2 in three days) was nice. I barely saw any other guests.The pool has no water, without notice in the website. The place could be very nice if it were cleaner and tidy. It seams investors have fled and left a pharaonic construction plan unfinished. The site states "under new management"... I hope the can revive the place.»

«This resort is one of the best I have been to. It’s quite large but well maintained. We stayed in an ocean view king bed room on the fourth floor, which was clean and nicely appointed, so we were quite happy. Housekeeping specifically Tamara, decorated our room beautifully in celebration of our anniversary which included a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful, and much appreciated. «Royal St.Kitts is a reasonably good hotel given the price and location. The staff had quite some variation when it came to servicemindedness and smiles, but St.Kitts is not known for smiles. So that was "on par", we can say. A limited range of restaurants in the immediate vicinity is a small minus, but the hotel rooms and pool area met our expectations.»

«This was undoubtedly one of the most unique and memorable experiences of my life. I cannot describe how exhilarating it was to see monkeys stopping by our cottage to drink water from our infinite pool, to take an outdoor bubble bath surrounded by the sounds of the jungle, to lay in the pool chaises and view more stars than I even knew existed. This place is totally remote and private. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings exquisite. The only slight disappointment was the speed of service ...

«Rooms were clean and spacy; resort was close to the beach with many bars and restaurants along the shore to chose from. Towels, padded chairs and umbrellas were provided for the beach at no cost. Taxi's to take you to Basseterre or other places of the Islands were easily available.»

«Landsay he is awesome! He did everything its possible to make my stay the best in St Kitts! I have been here for 2 weeks but most time i traveled, went to Saba, Statia with Ferry, to Puerto Rico with flight , and of course when i was here i went to Nevis , the beach its amazing there, the ferry 2 minutes walk from this hotel , so everything was great!!! Just having my last beer here on the balcony;)»
