«clean room, helpful staff»

«Friendly welcome and nice breakfast both mornings. Convenient location easy walk downtown. Road noise at night my only complaint»

«Clean and beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Quick and easy check in. The Hotel is over 100 years old so the floors are very creaky and the walls are paper thin and non insulated so you can hear conversations of everyone in the next room. The toilet clogged up and we didn’t even use it and started running all over the floor. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but nothing special. Overall would stay again for 1 or two nights at most though while visiting that area.»

«Extremely beautiful property with as little or as much as you want to do. On-site restaurant was fantastic & close enough to Hendersonville is you want to switch it up. The staff is extremely attentive & made our stay amazing»

«Very nice and helpful personel. They have helped us with even unusual request (thank you). Spacy, quiet room, okay breakfast - all in all really good choice. »

«The room was filthy. Dust and dirt all over the bed frame was full of dirt and dustyi don’t think it ever been cleaned . Kept my socks on the whole time. The bed were outdated with some weird metal frame to the floor so every time my son turned during the night the bed made a weird banging noise. The bathroom door was the grosses filthy dirty when you closed it to use the toilet with black mold. What a dump»

«Weird check-in. Towels were a problem.»

«We were thrilled at the effort the Holiday Inn Express made to make the stay positive and unique. Bacon for breakfast, coffee machines that made each cup individually, and a very helpful staff were some of the added perks of staying here. Rooms were quite, comfortable, and well equipped.»
