«Helvetia house was a welcome respite. The house itself was well appointed and laid out, with plenty of space inside and out for lounging, meals, and games. The paddle board and kayaks were a nice touch, and the dock was excellent. The neighbors are very nice and we had a few chats over the fence. You are literally right next to the boat launch, which is convenient if you have a boat. It’s an easy walk to a cool taproom, a winery, and a great bar/restaurant. «The house was the perfect location. We were directly half way between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. We had great views of the lake and were close to tons of great wineries! My toddler had a fun time playing in the large yard and at the lake’s edge. Loved our stay!»
