«Beautiful hotel and room. During one of the coldest days in Upstate NY this hotel was cozy. Delicious full breakfast was included and the staff were overall warm and friendly. We had some time to spare prior to our next event and we were invited to stay in a sitting area and enjoy some tea or coffee. It was a lovely time.»

«This home was a perfect choice for us. My adult sons all live several hours away from me. We all were able to meet here and have our Christmas celebration, with just a couple of hours of driving for all. The location was very convenient and nearby several restaurants and shopping areas. The house was a good size, and tastefully decorated. Brian stopped by to say hello and to see if we needed anything. »

«The house was just as described and just what we needed: clean, spacious, well-appointed and so conveniently located to my family’s home we could walk there (when it wasn’t freezing cold out..ha) 2 bathrooms were a real plus and we liked the big tv in the living room. Lovely hosts & trouble-free stay. Can’t ask for anything more. Will definitely stay at this cute house again.»

«the host is wonderful and helpful everything was great for. quick stay. The house was clean although the pans were a greasy and so we didn’t do any cooking. There were several places nearby to get breakfast and it’s a great place to stay if you are getting to the college. Very close and easy. »

«Host had great communication. We didn't stay at the original place booked but host was able to get us in a different one asap. It was ready when we arrived. Not the best neighborhood but it worked for what we needed. »

«Clean inside, reasonably priced and clear communication from the owner. The only drawback was the neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy and there was only on street parking and it was on a side street that the house wasn’t on.»

«Very modern, extremely clean. 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen had full size appliances. Rec room had 2 large tv’s, pool table and table tennis. Gated parking lot made me feel very safe. »
