«Came to visit our daughter at college, and brought our dog with us. Love that we could do that! Great location and beautiful outdoor spaces.
Some great things about the cottage that we didn't even see in the description:
- Very close to rail trail - nice walk to Taughannock Falls about 5.5 miles round trip
- Heated floor in the bathroom!
- Gas fireplace comes on automatically based on temp setting - very cozy!»

«This little red retreat was the perfect place for my family to spend Christmas together this year! Great location and very private, it had everything we needed -- and more. «The house is nice. The problem is the “65 steps” refers to how many stairs you need to climb down to get to the house (which is at the bottom of a cliff). Some of the stairs are a little crooked and don’t seem 100%. It was very difficult for my elderly in-laws to manage. We would not have rented here had I known this. I did send the owner some questions when we first got there but got no response. Other than that, the house was good. It would be beautiful during the summer. »
