«The room was clean and decorated nicely. Bathroom was clean as well and had nice water pressure. The view of the lake from the room was amazing! The owner sent me a text message with the room # and code for the lock around 3 pm which was nice. I also left my charger in the room and the owner is nice enough to mail it back to me.»

«This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. «The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. «Very clean and comfortable. The house was very small, but the outside Deck and patio made up for it. My only complaint is the beds were too small. I would get rid of the bunk beds and replace them with two twin beds or one double bed. Otherwise the place and location were really nice. I hope to come back again. »
