«It was fine. I probably won’t stay here next time I’m in town though. Room was good. Both times I needed something, I had to wait a bit for someone to come. Was charged for the room on my incidentals card even though the room was prepaid. They said they accidentally charged the third party and me. It took a week to get that refund back on my card. It’s probably best to call if you have an issue, because my messages through Expedia were not returned.»

«I want to start by saying the daytime staff was extremely kind. However, in the room there were multiple cockroaches. When I went to turn on the AC, there were giant chunks of mold in the AC unit that were very easy to see. There was hair all over the shower, washcloth and towels. And for some reason the ONLY light in the bedroom was a lamp with a black light bulb?? The mini fridge was full of water and what looked like black mold. I also bought Clorox wipes to wipe down surfaces at first ...

Our breakfast, our first day, led to a conversation from Timothy about dairy farming. We had no idea there was so much involved. We were glad to have found this place that was a comfortable alternative to the name brand hotels in Jamestown.»

I highly recommend a trip to Jamestown. It is truly beautiful country, with lots of wonderful hiking areas with some history involved. Plenty of other history. A must see and stay!»

«Our stay was just what we needed. The cabin is Rustic in an off the beaten path location. No internet, very little cell service and no TV. It had everything we needed as far as the essentials go.
