«We found room 205 very noisy through the night, this from highway 401 traffic. That disturbed our sleep. Are they really unaware of this? As IHG members of long standing, a room on the other side of the corridor would been better. We also found the breakfast sparse compared to prior experience. We saw no fresh fruit. It has been sometime since we used a Holiday Inn Express and this may be the new standard.»

«We have stayed here a few times when visiting family in Brockville. The rooms are spacious and clean and the motel location is in a nice quiet area. The complementary breakfast is a nice bonus.»

«This was one of the nicest stays we have had in a long while. The property is so well planned out and we loved our space. The theme of the old bank was so fun. We would highly recommend this boutique hotel when staying in Brockville.»

«The hotel was under renovation and should have been closed until the renovations were completed. Roofing above our room started at 7:15am, breakfast was minimal. the pool has no water, restaurant is only open certain days»

«Really cute place to stay. We stayed in the lower unit in the carriage house. It’s in an historic building and there are compromises. There’s no sound insulation with the upper unit. However it was very charming and the price was great. The owner was friendly and helpful.»

«I have never felt so spoiled by a B and B. There was a ton of food in the room, place the property is just gorgeous. Great view! Just a fun place to stay… would come again with my kids.»

«We did not find out that the restaurant and continental breakfast were not available until we arrived due to construction. We should have been advised when we booked the hotel. Upon check-in, no one told us that there were cold breakfast items available in the office. Also, was a little disappointed to find that check-in time ended so early.»

«Beautiful Rooms, no issues with Room at all. The room is Large, very large. Breakfast was amazing, you dont order, so you get what they are having in the main Dining room. We had French Toast, sausage and fruit. It was a lot to eat. I am not a huge fan of French Toast, but I was that day, it was excellent. The berries and fruits were plentiful on plate and fresh, and the link sausage was perfect. Overall an excellent experience. Would do again.»

«Be sure to check in at their sister hotel 1.5 miles away, there is no office at the motel. The rooms that face the river have a parking lot in need of repairs as well as the steps leading to the rooms. The coffee maker did not operate in our room. While the bed, linens and bathroom were clean and fresh, there were dead bugs on the old heater below the a/c unit.»
