«The cabin in tge woods was enchanting, cozy and perfect for our needs! Family loved the downtime playing games and relaxing. Wish we had better weather because we could see there was so much more to do. We will be back next year when we come through town again!»

«One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!»

«The house was very clean and in a quite location. We were in the area for the Cooperstown dreams park week and thought this location would be too far away. It is a 55 minute drive but the scenery and beautiful house was worth it. Would stay again if in that area.»

«Delightful experience, like stepping back in time - you could let your imagination flyI»

«Wonderful Staff»

«I wondered if the girl at the front desk knew how to smile. She did her job though. But the real reason for the poor 2 star rating was in the morning under the pillow I found already been chewed gum. That tells me they didn’t change the sheets from the last person who slept on that bed. It grossed me out.»

«There was no coffee made on one morning. The desk clerk took forever to find the key to refill it. The keys were all unmarked, and in different places.»

«Nice bed, ok plage to sleep.»

«The hotel has a nice restaurant, bar area and outside firepit area. Everything seemed clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I booked a room with two double beds via Expedia and received a confirmation back that the room had two double beds. When I called the hotel, however, they said there were no rooms with two double beds and instead the room had one double bed and pull-out couch with could serve as another bed if needed. I said that is not what I booked ...

«Pas chic comme endroit beaucoup de laisser aller»

«Interior and exterior needs updating.»

«Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!»

«I've debated writing this review, but I need to say that the place is just not safe. I had to move rooms twice because the door locks didn't work and the ground-floor window wouldn't close... let alone lock. And that's not even talking about the beer bottle caps left on the room floor, the general layer of filth everywhere, the wet towels left from the previous guest, the rusted out showerhead, or the mouse poop behind the nightstand. The staff are really nice people, it's just a very dirty ...

«I wish I could rate our overall experience with 10 STARS! Absolutely beautiful property with breathtaking views. The RV is very modern, clean, comfortable bed and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely my idea of "camping"! We had a few visits from the goats (behind the fence of course) while watching the horses graze in the field and even saw a fawn frolicking in the field as the sun was setting! Thank you for creating the perfect place for travelers to spend some down time and ...

«This home had everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Communication with the host was excellent. The home felt warm and inviting. Ample off- street parking.»
